Gulf Oil Marine Hong Kong Customer Service and Thailand Sales team delivered another “extra mile” achievement.

 

Our customer, Thorsesen Shipping, requested an urgent, short-notice delivery of lubricants to their vessel, M.V. Thor Infinity, at Haizhou Shipyard in Zhoushan, China on Friday 20th Jan 2017, requiring the delivery to be arranged over the weekend.  After receiving the urgent order, our Hong Kong Customer Service team set to work immediately and managed to deliver the needed products on Sunday, 22nd Jan 2017, on time and in full, prior to the departure of the vessel.

 

Our customer is so impressed by Gulf Oil Marine’s excellent service – they likened our service to “magic”! We are glad to share the below letter from Mr. Rungsitt Cherachandra.
