This week Gulf Oil Marine set a new “Go the Extra Mile” record for delivery in Amsterdam. At 10:49am on Tuesday 2nd Feb 2016 Emilia Arena and Anna Sanfedele, both based in Gulf Oil Marine’s Genoa office took a call for urgent delivery assistance from a large ship management fleet. Now the story gets very simple – by 16:00 the very same day, the delivery had been completed in Amsterdam and by 17:00, the customer had thanked Emilia and Anna and their colleagues in Amsterdam for a remarkable achievement. Less than 6 hours from enquiry to delivery in Amsterdam – that must be a record. |
