Gulf Oil Marine is pleased to receive an appreciation email from our new customer, thanking us for our prompt response and quick delivery.
Our customer placed an urgent order at end of Jan requesting for GulfSea Hydraulic HVI Plus 32 for their vessel in Osaka, Japan, because their existing supplier couldn’t supply.
Our Country Manager in Cyprus, Mr. Michael Bressendorff (pictured below) understood the emergency of the order. Together with our Customer Service Officer in our Hamburg office, Mr Rene Maddey, they confirmed the order after quick coordination and confirmation of the logistics/supply with our Senior Supply Chain Officer (North Asia), Ms. Catherine Wong. The products were delivered on time in full in Osaka.
Gulf Oil Marine’s team is thankful for the customer’s kind remarks. This is a great source of encouragement to our team and we will keep working harder to go extra mile for our customers. |
