GULF OIL MARINE (part of GULF OlL International Group) – global supplier of high technology marine lubricants products and services, founding member of SEALUB ALLIANCE network and PRISTA OIL Holding (part of PRISTA OIL Group) - leader in production and sales of motor and industrial oils in Southeastern Europe, concluded a marine partnership for production and distribution of marine lubricant products and services within the SEALUB ALLIANCE network.
According to the contract Prista Oil Holding enjoys exclusive rights for production and distribution of Sealub Alliance marine lubricant products and services in the maritime territory of Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Croatia and Turkey, as well as a direct access to Sealub Alliance Marine Lubricants products and services in more than 700 ports in 50 countries within the Sealub Alliance network.
The aim of this alliance is to provide a full range of quality marine lubricants and expert technical services to the shipping industry, as the partners' ambition is to broaden their network to 1000 ports within 2009.
