Anna shared that our supportive environment with initiatives like the Mental Wellness Program, Hybrid Work Model, and Continuous Learning Opportunities, has contributed to her own growth and development. Anna also explained how cross-regional collaboration and technology- leverage have enhanced knowledge-sharing and innovation within the global supply chain teams, further driving the teams’ operational excellence.

Our delegates Anna Sanfedele, Emilia Arena, René Maddey, Pantelitsa Vasiliou and Andreas Giorgallis gained understanding of how WISTA fosters a supportive and inclusive environment for women in maritime leadership.
