SMM 2024: Decarbonisation the Shipping Indutry

The shipping community gathered in Hamburg for SMM 2024 from 3rd to 6th September. With over 48,000 participants form more than 100 countries, SMM, provided a platform for us to meet industry players to convene, exchange ideas and foster collaboration.
Welcoming customers to our booth
A key focus of this year’s SMM was “Decarbonising the Shipping Industry”. Gulf Marine seized this opportunity to engage in discussions regarding our ongoing development initiatives, our pivotal role in supporting maritime decarbonisation efforts, and the potential for closer collaboration with our customers as they transition towards Net Zero goals.
On-site meetings
Our team shared our service experiences of CATII 40BN cylinder oil and its suitability for vessels operating on alternative fuels. These interactions allowed us to delve deeper into the evolving challenges faced by our customers.
