Gulf Oil Marine is pleased to share a customer appreciation, thanking us for our quick response and quick delivery.
We received an urgent order through our Vietnamese distributor partner on 14th January afternoon, requesting us to supply the marine lubricant to their customer's new vessel, MAYA VN, on 15th January at noon. However, it usually takes a longer operational time (around 2-3 working days) to supply huge orders.
In view of the time constraints, our Customer Service Officer, Ms. Iris Ding responded promptly to the customer and got our supply chain team to assist. Ms. Kejiao Zhu, our Senior Delivery Logistics Officer, worked to quickly overcome the time constraints, re-arranging the stocks on our barge to ensure supply by the 15th January noon deadline. Through their efforts, we were able to complete the delivery on time in full, allowing the vessel to depart on 16th January morning.
