Gulf Oil Marine is pleased to receive a customer appreciation, thanking us for our prompt response and quick weekend delivery.
We received an order to supply our customer’s vessel after it completed its docking repairs in Zhoushan. As the After receiving the order, our Senior Customer Service Officer, Ms. Rebecca Zhu contacted our customer to work on the delivery arrangements.
However, due to weather constraints, no lubricants supply was allowed at anchorage of shipyard on the schedule date of delivery. To avoid the weather constraint, our customer’s vessel needed to leave the yard one day earlier on a Sunday to receive the lubricant supplies at the shipyard.
Rebecca responded to this last-minute change promptly with our Supply Chain Officer, Ms. Angela Li.
Through Angela’s coordinating of the stocks, and managing the necessary logistic arrangements during the weekend, the Gulf Oil Marine team successfully managed the supply changes and delivered the order expeditiously to our customer’s vessel.
Our customer appreciated for our support and efforts.
