Procurement Standard Conditions
Applicability
All goods and services procured by Gulf Marine Pte. Ltd. (“GMPL”) shall be subject to and governed by GMPL’s Procurement Standard Conditions, available above. In the event of any inconsistencies between the translations, the English version shall prevail.
Where GMPL and a supplier have entered into a separate written agreement duly executed by authorised representatives of both parties governing the supply of goods and/or services, the terms of such agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Conditions.
