Sales Delivery Terms and Conditions
Applicability
All quotations, orders, and supplies by Gulf Marine Pte. Ltd. (“GMPL”) are subject to GMPL’s Sales Delivery Terms and Conditions (“DT&Cs”), available above. By proceeding with any order or request for delivery, you agree to be bound by these DT&Cs.
Where GMPL and a customer have entered into a separate written agreement duly executed by authorised representatives of both parties governing the supply of goods and/or services, the terms of such agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these DT&Cs.
